After the success of UNIDOUGH - 4000 , ASCENT adds UNIDOUGH 1500 plus to its range of UNIDOUGH – Dough pumping systems.

A unique combination of continuous dough pumping system with integral Twin Extruders make the dough pumping into continuous fryer highly efficient.



The HMI – PLC controlled system with motorized X - Y axis movement reduces the Jaali changing time to 25% thus enhancing the productive time @ 12 – 15% .



The new UNIDOUGH 1500 plus ensures absolutely consistent , air pocket free and pulsation free dough pumping capacity of 1500 kgs/hr and carries all built-in operational safeties and is extremely low on maintenance and power consumption.
