• NEW Aasted Nielsen Enrober: its rail system allows a safe transfer of interior units to the service trolley to easily change the enrobing band, pumping unit, and tray.

• The Alice II Extruder and depositor is completely made of stainless steel. Its pressure-controlled feeding system ensures accurate deposits.

• The Aasted Dough Feeder with a two-belt modular belt system. This machine can easily be taken apart for cleaning, belt change, or product changeover, making it very flexible.

• The StellaNova tempering machine needs up to 30% less energy compared to traditional tempering machines. It keeps the chocolate in the crystallization zone longer and uses unique scraper wings and precise temperature control.
